A & M Components sell, amongst other things, polyurethane rollers; ask for their 20 shore hardness for letterpress use. In March 2009 they quoted £40 (including postage but not stocks/roller shafts – you provide your old ones) for a pair of rollers to suit an Adana 8 x 5.

Caslon Limited now own the rights to Adana. They have a friendly service and can supply spare parts (including rollers) and refurbished machines. Sorry that we can't link to specific pages (their website uses frames), but the Adana section is clearly marked.
